Any idea what 160.395 and 161.055 were licensed for in 2005 at Roseville, Oakland, Fresno, Bakersfield, West Colton?

At Fresno and Bakersfield only, they have FB2 station codes for a repeater system. The other sites show fixed base stations (no repeater). WNAW922 and WNAW924 are the callsigns if you're interested in looking them up.
