The voters have spoken! And, we can't do anything sensible ever again, because the high speed rail mandate, and the line via Pacheco pass have been added to the ten commandments.... So that settles that, it is holy writ....
There are still only ten commandments, though.
The CHSRA just had some language inserted into the fine print in the measure, that removed thou shall not steal and thou shall not bear false witness (commit fraud, lie, hoodwink), to make room for the new high speed rail commandments....
