These picts, while not Picts, picture the picturesque haystacking region of Petaluma, world famous for it's gourmet hay and vuvuzuela players, and the war-like engines of the California Northern Railroad of North-Central California.

Almost certain he is referring to photo not a Pict, as no Picts were pictured in these picts, or so we are led to believe.

"I have no idea what Richard C. Brand means by "Didn't scrool" but it likely is an old Pict saying of some kind, probably not about picts tho because the Picts ironically didn't have picts. Digital camera technology wasn't even developed until twenty years ago. Nice try!"
