Due to the I-5 and SR-14 being closed (and no buses between Bakersfield and LA) I think taking the passengers off 1 and 3 and busing them over Cajon would have been smarter than holding 14 for 4 hours (yea it would have been a long bus ride) but it made the ride for all 14 much much longer
