Guess you must have missed the part where Jack worked
with him for a while. Second hand info, my butt. It
only took Special Ed a year or so to run off the entire
crew he inherited, hire new ones, fire most of them (the
ones who didn't quit in disgust), hire some more and
run them off or have them quit, fire some more and so
forth.

300%+ turnover in less than 5 years says all anyone needs
to know about the work environment.

Except maybe those who cannot see the light when it is
shined right in their faces.

If you are waiting for reports from the current crew,
you have a long wait ahead of you. They have been
made fully aware that "spilling the beans" is a terminal
offense.
