These folks are somehow entitled to a winning lotto ticket due to their poor gene pool...? Like the lack of even most basic "the no college required" version of laws of physics learning curve gene (the bugs go splat on the windshield level learning curve), or maybe the rail variation "mutation" of the let's go roller skate on the freeway gene...?

It's a new "angle of attack" for the lawyers. so this should be interesting..

But, let's be real... I did stupid, I got myself killed, and now somebody must be held responsible for my stupidity.... Especially those "evil" choo-choo's, right? Why they didn't even try to swerve, and miss me, did they?

I've spent hours watching fools jogging down the tracks "in the zone".. That even included what appeared to be a fit and probably otherwise intelligent Marine, down at the beach in San Clemente, blithely jogging down the center of the mainline, with headphones, "in the zone". They're zoned out on an aerobic high, listening too their tunes, on their really cool noise cancelling earbuds.... And, what could possibly go wrong?

There's a lotta stupid out there, even from folks you'd think ought to know better....
