That's a silly comment.

Uber & Lyft are competing with transit systems all over the US regardless of homeless populations. It's not just a San Francisco issue.

Although I do not live in San Francisco, I've visited The City several times (Most recently in December 2018). I ALWAYS ride MUNI, BART CalTrain, Golden Gate Transit and Amtrak. I was never scared off those systems by homeless people or anyone else.
