Yep, and they caught the person... But, the residents and businesses were on the TV news over the weekend blaming the UP, which has left thousands of used ties stacked behind these businesses, right up against the back walls of many of those businesses, in the helicopter shot they showed, creating a serious fire hazard. And, that they have been complaining about this for over a month before these incidents, and that UP hadn't even responded, or done anything about removing them....
