Let's see how all of this really works in the world of grownups?

Ah, UP creates a hazardous condition, by stacking literally thousand of those flammable ties, quite literally stacked in in a giant pyre, about 6 inches from the back wall or fence of those adjacent businesses, or homes, that results in fire damages to those peoples private property.

And, then those private property owners, suffering damages, and/or their insurance companies, hire these people called lawyers, who sue the s#it out of UP, and the UP has to spend money on their lawyers, and they have lots of exposure, and are out big money....

Which suddenly makes the rate of pay of a RR special agent, look really, really, really cheap...
