California voters are not particularly sharp, spendthrift with other peoples' money, and very susceptible to saturation propaganda. So the Bay Area establishment might be able to sell the SMART tax.

And indication of just how deep goes this credulity and vulnerability to fads in the California electorate will be the primary. If Bloomberg buys it, 'nuff said.

The morons want to ban natural gas stoves - does not that tell you something?
