The biggest problem unless resolved is the curve at the road crossing at Gold Hill which gets
pretty tight and steep approaching the tunnel detour. The 29 which is a little smaller seems to take it without a huge strain (though slowly) and the real issue would be train weight vs slip vs the speed required to make the grade at that point. Don't know if the 25 would have the TE to pull a similar sized train at that point.
