Here's the breakdown on race (pop distribution of two counties were summed)
Based on Census 2010

NonHispanic White 68.4
Hispanic White 9.4
NonHispanic Black 1.8
Hispanic Black 0.2
NonHispanic Asian 4.3
Hispanic Asian 0.1
Other 15.8

HH calcs were based on ACS 2006-10
Median HH Inc from the two counties can only be estimated
Med HH Inc (Marin) = $89,263
Med HH Inc (Sonoma) = $53,274
Med HH Inc (both-est)= $73,586

That's all I have time for today

My conclusion is still the same. The train is biased
towards higher income individuals, slightly biased
towards white riders.

Meanwhile the sales tax is an extraordinarily regressive
tax, because of % of income saved is positively related
to hh income as is the consumption of non-sales taxable
services.
