Eventually, I had to scratch my head and try to find Merrill OR, then something that looks like a locomotive collection. Google got me to the town. Didn't see anything there other than potato shippers. Zoomed out farther, and found a railroad south of town, zoomed in, and viola! Google pics of uncertain age showing a collection of apparent scrap (based on what it looks like from a satellite) on a seed cleaner's property. Presumably that's the site discussed here?
