Synonymouse - how sad you only see the article in the most cynical, intensely negative terms. The article for which you provided a link is doing exactly what the media is supposed to do - reporting on the issue positions of those aspiring to be elected.

I really, really wish there were more discussions of transportation policy in our political discussions. That the candidates discussed in the article have taken positions is a promising trend. I also know that at least two of the candidates have included freight rail into their issues statements. That's the first time I've seen that among presidential candidates in over 40 years that I've followed politics.
