Yikes, I managed to delete the city of Point Richmond from
the original posting.I wouldn't be surprised if this
industrial spur is considered within yard limits if that
makes a difference.

Operations on this stretch usually run efficiently and I assume
profitably. The two GP60M's are really gorgeous and sit on
heavy, well ballasted track. I've enjoyed the consist sitting
there burning fuel but it's quite an anomaly for the area.

I mentioned stockholders in the original post. I believe
BNSF is privately held. Maybe I'll give Warren Buffet a call.
