Thank goodness you posted. I was about to drive south of Kelso in search of said locomotive with no map in hand. I might have ended up in Portland if not for your post.

Reminds me of the time when a railroad historian spelled Sedro-Woolley with only one “l” on the internet. I drove past the exit because the spelling was different than what he had written, and I found myself at the Canadian border.
