Blood Orange Quarantini:

1-Juice of two blood oranges (off of my trees...)
2-A shot of vodka or gin (or, what the hell, maybe both...?)
3-Vermouth to taste, (or, the Absinthe my neighbor got me in France, if you really want a kick)
4-and only a "tiny" drop of Purell

Add ice, and shake, don't stir...(I know that shaking can "bruise" the gin, but I'm not James Bond, and you really want to mix the Purell well...)

Pour into a martini glass, and garnish with segments of fresh picked kishu mandarins (from some of my other trees), on a toothpick...

You can leave out the Purell, if you want, though...
