Line's toast. By the time all the studies get completed and all the ecological appeals take place (with the Obama administration publicly stating the EPA is going to take a hard line from now on) there won't be any need for the line as all the shippers will have gone elsewhere. Too bad, it's a wonderful line to ride and it gets trucks off of danger filled roadway, but things will just take too long for anything to be left. Will make a nice trail!!
