Leavenworth Snow Train at Seattle

Last two nites at work I've driving by Safeco and saw Amtrak passenger cars and two dome cars, one full length dome. Both domes had christmas lights on.

I assume this is the Leavenworth Snow Train?

Can anyone provide info on the dome cars? It was 9 pm both times and it's parked near the Mariner parking garage but you couldn't see any markings.

I assume the full length dome is the ex GN that is owned by Amtrak?

Would be great to ride in one of those cars this weekend over Stevens Pass!
