What makes you think there is a bio-fuels "market"? If the market had anything to do with it, we wouldn't be making bio-diesel or ethanol. It is a socialist state intervention in the market that forces and mandates that consumers buy ethanol and bio-diesel, purportedly for the environment and "energy independence", though it is a net negative environmental benefit, great cost to consumers. And, it's been the worst kind of reverse Robin Hood corporate socialism, that steals from the many at the pump, to give to the few...
In the "real" energy market it is going to kill what little publicly mandated demand there is, and then likely will require even bigger subsidies... Natural gas is so much cheaper even for heavy duty use, and much cleaner... And, that is now going to have to compete with much cheaper clean grades of diesel... And, coal by rail is dropping again at a record pace, for the same reason a glut of cheap natural gas, that doesn't require either coal trains nor ash trains---real cool pic in Train News...
At least UP will have more storage capacity for the fracking oil tankers that are being put in storage. And, maybe even surplus coal hoppers...
