The trip with #6304 departed Emeryville on July 2nd 2005 and took the Amtrak route thru Northern California and the State of Jefferson into Oregon. 6304 only made it to Mt. Shasta City.

In another great bait and switch--TUT had advertised this trip as going up the Feather River and then the Inside Gateway to Oregon. They were advertising it, as I recall, before presenting the plan to either Amtrak or the BNSF and planned to use E9 6051 with telling the CSRM of the plan, and (fast forward) 6304 made the trip. Of course they were accepting money from the beginning.
