2:30 am on KOMO Radio they had someone on from Sound Transit saying Sounder between Tacoma/Seattle is canceled both North/South because of water over the tracks.

Also, check out this link for a picture of the BNSF crew clearing log jam on their bridge between Tacoma Yard and Port of Tacoma yard. This is the crew that I saw at 11:45 PM.
