Yes, there is a lot on that bridge behind the BNSF bridge.

It is a two lane bridge that is another way into the Port of Tacoma.

City of Tacoma crews closed it this morning and trying to clear debris away as I type this.

This debris is why the WSDOT is concerned about the I-5 bridge over the Puyallup, there are concrete pilings in the river bed in that area, so the possibility of damage is there.
