Shelton,Washington Caboose Question

I watched an episode of Home Again with Bob Vila on TV today. In the episode, Bob, visits a plywood MDF plant in Shelton. The aerial opening shot of the plant had a red caboose at the end of a plant track. The caboose was too far away in the shot to get any information.

The plant got logs by rail,water and truck.

Can anyone tell me about the red caboose?
