That would be most likely the Simpson Timber operation in Shelton who at one time had a vast network of logging trackage feeding the mill. I would imagine the caboose is one from that operation although in the later years they used a locomotive on each end for the trip to the sort yard. The rail operation was discontinued several years ago and I believe what's left of the track and equipment is now in the hands of a nonprofit group trying to start up a tourist operation with the dynamic brake equipped SW-900 #900.
