This letter is a legal action, requiring a legal response
from the NCRA Board.

The Board can't say they weren't warned. Other agency professionals
told them in public at the last meeting that their procedures were
in violation of the Brown Act.

Chris Neary in a response letter has denied everything.

Meanwhile, the loan agreement with NWP Co. is stalled.
Caltrans hasn't approved it either.

If Caltrans approves pledging the Ukiah Train depot as
collateral, why not just take the vote again?

Stand by. The next NCRA Board meeting will be held in
Ukiah.

Neither Novato nor Marin has anything to do with the legal
filing.

And these guys want to run a railroad!
