You are upset that the NCRA is using some creative financing. Either way, freight and passenger trains are coming back to the NWP and the only way to stop it momentarily is for you to lie down on the tracks. The voters have spoken and the City of Novato and NCRA buried the hatchet. Let the alleged violation of the Brown Act go through the courts and let people decide.
