What freakin lie ?

At Carlsbad, the next station south, the same sign can be seen. The fact is that most Amtrak trains blast through pushing 90mph, and Santa Fe at at least 60. Only the coaster stops there. As for Oceanside, only the three passenger services stop there. And Amtrak has had expresses that skipped Oceanside. The freights blow right on by at speed, at any time of day or night.

Besides, most of the egocentric dummied down darwin award candidates that have infested southern California, would only be thinking of the train they wanted to catch. And would be taken by surprise should any other train come speeding on by. Of course, we must remind them otherwise
