Signs - Lies - 3rd Rails

Somewhere below is a discussion about a sign and high speed trains, etc... this little blurb is an addendum.

Several years ago, here in Chicago, a couple from South Korea was standing on the elevated platform, waiting for a CTA train, (which uses uncovered 3rd rail for power). The South Korean male felt the urge, and did what they apparently do in his homeland, which is to pee in public as necessary. His pee hit the 3rd rail and he was electrocuted. His widow sued, and won (quite a large sum of money), because there weren't any signs, in Korean, warning of the dangers of peeing on the 3rd rail.
