There is (or is supposed to be) a standard method for contacting the service provider and demanding that copyrighted material be taken down. There also is (or is supposed to be) a method for posters to contest that, after which there's a standardized legal method to take things to court. Most service providers don't have the posting volume that justifies an automated system like Google's, but the do have to respond to takedown notices that are file in proper form. Be my guest; if you think you've been wronged by posting of an image, do a little research, talk to a lawyer, and do your diligence.
