Willie Brown, for all his shortcomings, in his day in the Legislature, would have taken care of this for Muni.

He had scored the funding for wiring the #71(now#7)Noriega but Muni management lost interest.

Gavin could ask for an obvious revision, but transport is clearly not his forte.
