You can rent the place for private uses through 2021.
It was sold in 2005 to BUILD (affiliate of BRIDGE Housing).
A mess of new market rate units and they want grants (public tax money) to fund the station rehab (as a museum).
This "project" area has changed course so many times, it is not even worth talking about!
Locals are very unhappy that the corps shut them out of jobs and that there is no "low income" units
Holliday is still involved.
