Per Wx4 website:

"The LP&N had three small divisions. The smallest and most obscure at the time of these photos was the 3.5 mile Southern Division which served an International Paper Company mill in Gardiner Oregon, and connected with the Southern Pacific's Coos Bay Branch. It shut down with the closing of the mill in 1999."

Is there already an LPN locomotive in Gardiner?
