[b][/b]As far as Coos Bay, that is a deep water port and has lots of potential if it could be developed.

By today's standards it is not deep enough. Ships have grown tremendously over the last decade. American Bridge thought about a plant there, but the newer ships (Korean Steel) could not access the ports due to size, And, since just about every bridge that is built in the US has some governmental funds and that requires 100% US made, it was a no go. As far as LNG goes, you still need a pipeline and why should we export natural resources?
