Negative Ghost Rider….. there are CHP offices in the state where fusee/road flares are not used, due to fire danger.

Would you care if a automobile can through and the tire tossed that baby into the grass?

Would any of the couch potatoes get out of their Recliners to suppress the resulting fire?
