Use Me!!

E mailed in an order for a year. Didn't hear anything. Sent 4 more emails. nothing. They finally sent something back which didn't work. Phone calls were never returned.

After 3 months or more, I finally called my bank. I was given a credit out of TOs account.

Sorry, I don't do business that way. There are others.
