Nowadays they just instruct the security guards to video record what's happening on their smart phones. We wouldn't want to hurt anyone's feelings by preventing them from engaging in "reparations shopping". Besides, even if you arrest them, the District Attorney (whose campaign was financed by George Soros) will choose not to press charges.
