During the 1970s, I attended the University of California. What a great time to be there.
California is one of, if not the best state in which to be a railfan.
Sadly. the Golden State, along with other areas of the West, is getting slammed by a drought. I believe that over time, the same will happen to Texas.
People and corporations would be better off if they located where there is ample and abundant fresh water - the Great Lakes.
