Are you retarded? I said the "final mile" delivery is done by owner-operators, a carry-over from the RPS days. The "route" you speak of is the delivery route, not the entire transit route. FedEx owns the Ground product, the rate schedule, the trailers/containers, the stations, hubs, and sorting centers, and it is a FedEx product. Nothing to do with the owner-operators who are simply the final delivery route couriers. Why is this so difficult for you to comprehend?
