i have some questions about these coal cars that end up transloaded in richmond. I know UP hands them off to RPRC at the waterside drill and RPRC loads the coal onto a ship at their facility, but im wondering where they come from.. i've also seen the same cars go loaded into stockton and im wondering if they are ultimately headed to richmond or if there's another facility in or around stockton they're headed to.

most of them have RDL logos and TILX car numbers. they look like this [www.rrpicturearchives.net] but with more graffiti. the cars are pretty distinctive and i see them all the time so im guessing they're somewhat captive to whatever route they take between their origin and richmond
