I'm not sure CORP will have much success in recovering " their " 4 million dollars. After all, it has been spent on " their " new yard, which will no doubt benefit train makeup & operations, as much as it will relieve traffic concerns in downtown Roseburg. I don't blame the State for withholding / withdrawing funds for the new yard; in light of CORP's attitude towards the Coos Bay line, and the Siskiyou line as well. Imagine the outcry from taxpayers( i.e. - VOTERS ) if the State invests Connect Oregon funds in CORP projects, only to see Fortress go belly up...
