A project that is actually on-time (ahead, in some things) and on budget...

Gold Line 50% Milestone Announcement

Not just a few lessons that MTA doesn't seem to learn. The independent project delivery JPA using Design Build principles just seems to work better... LIke they've noted in all of those presentataions and studies over the last 40 years of my career.

Hats off to my old colleague Lisa and her excellent public affairs web/public information site, too.
