Mark my words. Five years from now NONE of this will be implemented. It's all just talk. It's all just something to make politicians look impressive.

Amazing that they're not even considering closing the gaps between Louisville and Nashville or Pueblo and La Junta or Trinidad. It shows where their heads are at.
