Yeah, right. There will be a snowman on the sun when there is daily switching functions at either La Junta or Trinidad where cars are switched in and out of trains. New-hire railroaders can't switch their way out of a paper bag, and management doesn't want them to because, chances are, they'll hurt themselves.
