Says no longer have actual horse drawn demonstration cars. But I found the video below showing a horse at work. Very cool. They should bring that back.

A rail car has low rolling resistance once it gets moving, so I don't think it is a huge burden for the horse. A rubber tired wagon with soft tires, on the other hand, has a very high rolling resistance. I feel sorry for the horse when I see them on rubber tired wagons full of tourists.
