Jeff, we have a host of issues to deal with regarding the power & train set. While we have lots of ideas & information, it'll probably be 6-12 months before we have more definitive game plan.
David, I've spoke with Tom Gray numerous times throughout this process. From the beginning, I have told them how much I respect what they have been doing and I want to make every effort to work with them. Because they were a competing bidder, though, it was complicated to come up with a plan to work together and it is premature for me to comment. Now that there is a bit more clarity, it is my hope that it will simplify the task of coming up with a mutually beneficial plan.
