Holcim is mothballing plants as well but be sure that this plant is NOT
closed. It would be virtually impossible to repermit this operation under
current political pressures so like Holcim Mason City the plant will have
a five (or so) man maintenance crew to keep things loose. The plant at
Kentucky House lasted many years as such and finally died due to a lack of
easily recovered (at then current returns) raw material.
