Pretty sad when Coach understands the concept but Railway Age editors don't

The original Railway Age story has been updated with commentary from an editor and 2 industry sources. Larry Gross makes good points. But the RA editor goes off on some weird tangents and red herrings. I strongly doubt that 40 foots for Ontario transloads will rail to Barstow and be trucked back. They will be trucked directly from the port. Not everything will be railed to Barstow. Shockingly, Coach explains it pretty good in the new Trainorders thread.
