Don't get me wrong, I was only commenting on the real costs of running a business, and hiring professional and/or legal help, not on the quality of the services one gets or the integrity of the law being practiced.

I've been personally robbed by a trustee who handled my mother's estate. Caveat emptor is a nice saying, but can have no meaning, when you have no choice of who is made trustee. There is no shortage of scam artists in the legal profession.

The litany of policy and business mistakes which has lead us to and caused much of the current monopolistic mess in the RR industry today, are many and go back many years.

Unfortunately, until Doc and Mary can fix the flux capaicitor and we can go back and fix all of those mistakes we will probably have to try to find any solutions starting from where we are in this "time/space" dimension. If there are fixes needed, they will have to begin to be made from where we've ended up, not where we would have liked to have been.
