Yes. I believe the train hit a rock slide and the unit went into the lake. I seem to recall there was a diver or group of divers who used some inflatable balloons to lift the unit out of the lake. I don't know whether it was ever returned to service as it may have been too damaged. I remember reading about it in CTC BOARD magazine.
